About the Role:
We are aggressively looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to connect with prospective clients and ensure they are provided with the right information to collaborate with TCM.
The requirements are to fill multiple openings within the Logistics division right from individuals with basic and minimum experience in a client/ customer engaging role.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, (English language proficiency), proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), and good data management skills. This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills (English speaking & writing fluently) as you will be communicating with individuals from the globally.
Individuals with experience in planning, coordinating and analyzing data would be a add-on.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Receive calls and record significant information.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs, activities and other information.
- Maintain good customer relations.
